Can my lease be cancelled or terminated unexpectedly?
No. The IPv4 addresses we lease are owned directly by IP4Lease.ru — we’re not a middleman. Since we own the blocks ourselves, there’s no risk of an IP owner suddenly selling the addresses or deciding to stop leasing. Your service continues as long as you keep paying. The only situation where we issue a warning is abuse: spam, phishing, or mass mailing activities. Even then, we send a warning first and only terminate if the issue isn’t resolved.

Can I cancel my lease early?
Monthly leases can be cancelled with notice before the next billing cycle. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual leases run through the current paid period. There are no hidden early termination penalties — exact terms are clear in your lease agreement.
What are LOA and ROA?
A Letter of Authorization (LOA) permits you to announce the leased IP block from your network via BGP. A Route Origin Authorization (ROA) is a cryptographic RPKI statement that validates your announcement to upstream peers. Both are essential for proper routing and are included with every lease at no extra cost.
Do I need my own ASN to lease IPv4?
Yes, you need an ASN to announce leased IPv4 blocks via BGP. If you don’t have one, we offer ASN registration free — you can get your own ASN in 2–7 business days.
Are the IPs clean and blacklist-free?
Every block listed for lease is verified against 300+ blacklist providers including Spamhaus, Barracuda, and Sorbs. We check for VPN, Tor, and proxy history. You can also run your own check using our free IP Blacklist Check tool before leasing.
